SITE TRANSACTIONS FROM OUR STORE

If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, RANI ZAKHEM shall issue you a refund.

STORE ITEM DESCRIPTIONS AND INFORMATION

RANI ZAKHEM attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, RANI ZAKHEM does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by RANI ZAKHEM itself is not as described, the purchaser’s sole remedy is to return the item in unused condition.

RANI ZAKHEM products displayed on the Site are available while supplies last.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders requesting regular shipping are shipped within 3 business days. Residential shipments are sent via FedEx Home Delivery. Their business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Commercial shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Orders requesting express shipping are shipped the following business day. You can expect delivery in 2 business days after shipping. Express shipments are sent via FedEx Express. Their business days are Monday through Friday.

Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to addresses outside the United States or to Alaska and Hawaii.

Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping charges are calculated for each address and are based on the order amount being shipped to that address.

Items purchased from RANI ZAKHEM may be made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
